LOVE LOCAL: V&M NATURALS

I'm happy that more and more Filipinos are loving local brands from food, fashion and even in beauty. We actually have brands that can compete from other international and even high-end brands. It is time we put the thought of local brands are not high quality to an end. Seriously, we have brands that we should patronize and love like V&M Naturals.



V&M is a local beauty brand founded in 2007.They are known to be the first true emu oil skin care line here in Philippines. They offer beauty products for women and for men as well. Their products  were inspired by old beauty rituals which are being loved until now. What I love about this brand is that all their products are free from sulfate, alcohol, parabens, surfactants, sugar solutions and pre-made bases. Everything is guaranteed as organic. 

The brand is popular because of their emu oil and hand-made soaps. Their soaps remind me of Lush hand soaps. They are pretty, delicate and smells heavenly!

These are only some of the products that they offer. What really caught my eye are their soaps! It doesn't look like your ordinary soaps. They are too pretty to use. I just want to display them on my table.

From top left to bottom: Karma Cleanse, Real Ground Coffee and Sugar Lip Scrub ,Spa Milk Salt, Bikini Bomb and Arganic Beams

Karma Cleanse contains activated charcoal  along with french green clay and premium kaolin clay. It penetrates deep into skin washing away impurities and dirt.

Real Ground Coffee and Sugar Lip Scrub gently exfoliates dry, rough lips with ground coffee and sugar. The smell uplifts me everytime and puts me in a good mood. Who doesn't want to start their beauty regimen with a coffee?

Spa Milk Salt is formulated with Milk and Natural Spa salts, it gently removes dead skin making the skin smooth. It smells so good! Ahhh, milk + vanilla scent = <3

Bikini Bomb  is for whitening any parts of your body. Dark underarms, elbows, knees? No problem! It has a micro-peeling effect and is called as power whitening. Hmmm, I like to try this one :)

Arganic Beams is suited for normal skin and also removes blackheads, whiteheads,  and eradicating pimples. It contains argan shells that exfoliates dull skin for a brighter skin.

I'm pretty excited to try the Karma Cleanse and Bikini Bomb! Oh, there soaps can be used for face and body too. I recognized that almost all of their products contain Emu Oil which is one of the wonderful oils we have. It moisturizes our skin, soothe skin and help relieve inflammation. It is also known to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, stretch marks and scars.
